Sales and accounts teams use it to review the amount payable before delivery. Field-by-field help
Start with the buyer and vehicle particulars. Open the booking section for enquiry or booking number, booking date, invoice details, finance name, loan amount, sales manager and FSC. Charges include ex-showroom price, insurance, RTO, accessories, warranty and optional services. FASTag contributes only when its checkbox is enabled. Discounts are entered separately and reduce the charge total. Add one receipt per actual payment with date, mode, amount and reference; enter bank payout and exchange value separately to avoid double counting. Balance equals the discounted total minus receipts, bank payout and exchange value. A negative balance also appears as a positive refund.
Review, generate and share
Gather the original sale, customer and vehicle records before starting. Fill the essential fields first, then open the Advanced sections for additional particulars. Keep names consistent across the documents, check digits against the originals, and avoid entering sample identifiers in a document intended for use. The form validates input formats but cannot establish whether a number belongs to the buyer or vehicle.
Generate the preview and read the complete result before downloading. Dates are displayed as day-month-year and monetary values use Indian number grouping. Blank optional text is marked N/A so missing particulars remain visible. If a value needs correction, return to the form and generate another document. Keep downloaded copies according to your own dealership practices; this tool does not maintain an archive or a searchable customer history.

Are my customer and vehicle details saved?
No document records are created. Your entries are processed only for the current request. The preview carries the same values for a PDF re-submission; closing it removes that workflow. PDFs are streamed instead of stored.
Which dealership and manufacturer should I enter?
Use the actual issuing dealership name, address and GSTIN where relevant. Enter the real maker or OEM rather than a sample company. A logo is optional and must be a PNG or JPEG within the displayed size limit.
Can I print the document or download a PDF?
Both options are available. Generate a preview to inspect the layout, then use Print for browser printing or Download PDF for the generated file. Review any chassis warning and confirm the identifying numbers before sharing it.
What happens if a value or date is blank?
Blank dates remain empty in the document; no date is added automatically. Optional text appears as N/A in the document and optional monetary amounts are treated as zero. Required fields and invalid tax or identity formats produce messages beside the relevant inputs.
Does the generated document confirm tax or RTO compliance?
No. It is a reference prepared from your entries. Verify the applicable taxes, certificate format and signing requirements with your CA or RTO, and compare the document with original records before using it.
